Terms of Service

Effective & Last Updated: September 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the MI Connect 360 cloud telephony suite, IVR routing modules, and real estate CRM workspace.

TRAI & DoT Adherence

All voice routing must adhere to Indian National Do-Not-Call (DND) registries and telecom laws.

Enterprise Isolation

Tenant workspaces, virtual numbers, and CRM lead records remain strictly siloed and confidential.

Call Recording Consent

Tenants are legally required to provide IVR voice notices prior to capturing call audio.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by MI Connect 360 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "Tenant", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, corporate enterprise, or legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.

2User Accounts & Access Provisioning

Access to the MI Connect 360 workspace requires enterprise provisioning:

  • Authorized Credentials: Accounts are provisioned solely by authorized administrators. Users may not share login credentials, API keys, or session tokens across individuals.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. You must immediately notify our operations team of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • Role-Based Access: Access to specific features (e.g. call monitoring, lead allocation, system audit logs) is strictly governed by the assigned administrative role.

3Cloud Telephony & Virtual Numbers

Our services include cloud-hosted Interactive Voice Response (IVR), automated call distribution, telephony stream recording, and virtual Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number allocation:

  • Virtual Number Ownership: Virtual telephone numbers assigned to your tenant remain the regulatory property of the licensed telecommunications carriers and are provisioned on a lease basis.
  • Carrier Dependencies: Underlying telephony connections depend on licensed cellular and PSTN carriers. While we architect resilient routing paths, we are not liable for broad telecom grid failures outside our direct network control.

4Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Specifically, you agree that you shall NOT:

Transmit unsolicited promotional calls to numbers registered in National Do Not Call (NDNC) lists.
Transmit robocalls, auto-dialed spam, or deceptive caller ID spoofing.
Use virtual numbers for harassment, fraud, phishing, or impersonation of regulated entities.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source algorithms from the platform.
Overload, probe, or conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning on our cloud infrastructure.
Resell, sublicense, or distribute platform access to unauthorized third parties without consent.

5Call Recording Consent & Compliance Notice

MI Connect 360 provides optional call recording and transcription tools. It is solely the Customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding call recording, including ensuring that all required verbal disclaimers (e.g. "This call may be recorded for training and quality purposes") are broadcast via the IVR greeting before recording initiates.

6Service Level Target & Maintenance

We strive to maintain a 99.95% telephony routing uptime. Planned maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak hours with prior administrative notification. Unscheduled emergency maintenance may occasionally occur to preserve system integrity or patch critical zero-day vulnerabilities.

7Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Customer Data: You retain all right, title, and ownership in and to your customer leads, call records, audio files, and communications uploaded to your workspace.

Platform IP: MI Connect 360, its proprietary routing engine, user interface, source code, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of the service provider.

8Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MI Connect 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of telephony connectivity resulting from telecom carrier outages, or unauthorized third-party access caused by compromised user credentials.

9Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
